March 2, 2012: Today we enrolled another group of 20 children. Seminars to help the parents realize their responsibilities and understand and help with the curriculum were held in the afternoons this week, while the children are being taught in the mornings. - 2. März 2012: Heute haben sich nocheinmal etwa 20 Kinder für das STEPS Programm eingeschrieben. Wir hielten an Nachmittagen Seminare für die Eltern und am Morgen lehren wir jetzt 40 Kinder in 2 Gruppen.
Some of the children from the first group are helping to teach the new group - Kinder aus der ersten Gruppe helfen beim Unterricht der zweiten Gruppe.
A lot of action is required to keep the young children happy and inspired - Die Kinder lernen gern wenn sie nicht immer nur sitzen müssen.

The first weeks we repeat the numbers and the alphabet in song many times during classes - Die ersten Wochen wiederholen wir öfters das Alphabet und die Zahlen in Liederform.
